Business outlook
Pros
Hours suited me, easy going, as long as we worked well and followed safe guarding guidelines a very enjoyable job where we could work independently and use our own initiative to plan our mornings with the children. Lovely colleague to work alongside. Would have stayed if work was more consistent. Only 17 hours per week and sometimes had to share those hours if not enough children in for two of us. The other employees were lovely and professional. I liked everyone there, was sad to leave.
Cons
No benefits other than your actual wage. No work available on a regular basis. Not a permanent contract. You do get holidays and SSP but no pension. Only get paid when in work and can easily go over a month at certain times of the year.
