Pros
There really are no pros. It is a bait and switch. The whole company is a lot of fluff and if you aren't accepted into the project management clique you can forget getting anywhere.
Cons
Management refuses to acknowledge anyone outside of the project management team and there is so much brown-nosing it is disgusting. They also deleted (somehow) the other negative reviews. They had a score on here of no more than a 3. The company grew very fast and leadership was selected based on subject matter knowledge and not their ability to lead.
