Great working environment, but lacking support - Software Developer BesLogic Employee Review

Thank you for your candor and for you help guiding us to where we can improve. Although there seems to be conflicting statements in your message, I think I understand that you wished we would have been more forward as to the steps we are to take to accomplish our plan. You will be glad to know, that we have recognized this and just returned from a very productive management off-site to try to improve on this very topic, including our managerial agility, foresight and execution capability. It was very successful, with concrete steps as to how to move forward, involving stakeholders and metrics. Please understand that we are on a different path than most companies. This takes time and care in the planning of next steps, while managing everyone's expectation and feelings during the transition. We are, however, going somewhere no one as ever gone before. This will be great an environment that has never been seen to date, where people feel loved, cared for and have a real sense of impact. This is a work in progress and is not a perfect, exact science. I wish you would have come to me so we could chat about these things while you were still part of our team.
