Best Doctors Response
12yThank you for your honest comments. As with any organization that values the growth and success of its employees, hearing that a team member did not have a positive experience while employed at Best Doctors is disheartening, disappointing, and worth closely examining. In the last year, Best Doctors increased its nursing staff alone by 27%, working hard to bring on-board the best and brightest minds in this field. With tremendous growth comes a constant need to adjust to change. It is one of the growing pains that high-growth organizations must endure. Those environments can be rewarding and a place to thrive for some, but for others it can be a constant challenge. That is a fact that the Company takes very seriously when hiring, compensating, and developing our talent.
Best Doctors is fueled by the incomparable contribution that its over 600 employees deliver everyday for members, clients, physicians, and so many more. Certainly, many of them will have very positive things to say about their experiences, but many of the Company’s current successes are a direct result of learning from past shortcomings, and this is no different.
At a high-growth organization, analyzing current and former employee feedback is a vital step toward maintaining an environment that rewards high-performers while giving us all a reason to be invested in the mission here. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and opinions. They will not be ignored.
