Where to begin...I wish I had read reviews before I quit my stable job to join this train wreck. I never had official training yet was put on assignments and expected top notch performance while the other girls in the office, including the branch manager, played on their cell phones all day long waiting in frantic anticipation for the owner to show up. The owner is the biggest drama queen I have ever met and will be condescending to your face while wearing a smile...not to mention, she will twist everyone's words and try to get everyone upset with each other. There is no sense of company morale or teamwork -more so, everyone out for themselves. Also, I've never witnessed so much discrimination in my life. If you're looking for a staffing company to help you get hired, know that this one selects field employees based on race and will not hire women. When I was hired I was told I would work M-F 8-5 with an hour lunch. That lasted a couple weeks before I wasn't allowed a lunch anymore and was working 10+ hour days without a raise. The other girls followed suit and felt I was out of line for mentioning the work times minus lunch. All in all, I actually made less money working here and shouldn't have left my previous job. I could go on and on with how corrupt this place is and how unhealthy the work environment is. Just take my advice and look elsewhere! Quitting this job was the most rewarding part of it.
