Very friendly team, lots of camaraderie, and pretty flexible work/life balance

Terribly underpaid. The tools to provide clients a positive experience really are minimal, and because of a lackluster product, the account managers really take on the heavy lifting to ensure there is no churn.

Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.
Cons
Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
