Personally, professionally, and privately have grown more in the 18 months than I had in the past 5 years. The company is the perfect balance of professional expectations coupled with compassion, training and support. The management team is truly there as a mentor, a respectable business colleague, and a friend. This company understands that things roll downhill from the top, whether it's good or bad, the leadership will resonate through the whole company. They choose to do things right.
