Pros
The non management staff have great working relationship and teamwork attitude. Like working with family everyday. Customer service is always their first priority
Cons
Too many unqualified managers, supervisors who have an opinion on everything without any actual knowledge to back it up. It is a business. Should not be run by personal opinion. Should be run based on facts and numbers by people who understand and are TRAINED for their jobs. Too many "managers" who have just been there long enough they had to promote them to something. No respect for the severely underpaid staff
