      Pros

      Colleague are friendly, like a family. But actually not really, a lot of fake people around.

      Cons

      Management too money minded, too few seniors to guide the junior. 98% Malaysian, 1% Singaporean and 1% other nationality. They do not like to employ Singaporean, they only want to employ Singaporean permanent role but treat them temporary only. Drive them away by using trick. The Turnover rate is very high. Do not join them, don't say I never warn you.

      Pros

      Physically work in office 5 days from 9am to 6pm

      Cons

      Half bonus was given, contrary to what was stated in letter. Either no increment or 2-digit increment per year. Poor supervisory, managerial and leadership skills. Poor staff welfare/ benefits. A competitive working environment without the promised reward. No career advancement. Lack of advanced technology and resources. Unethical work practice.
