Pros
Actually I don't have a single point which I can write in pros.. just one word keep exploiting the employee and keep thinking your self as boss.
Cons
No facilitate U will come in office but forget to go. They make your life hell. Treat employees like their personal property. This is the most worst place for experienced people because they offer u salary once u will join then your worst life will start. They can fire you at any time. Once they any other guys on less salary at your place. They treat employees like labours. Salary won't comes on time or they stop salary if they didn't get expected output. Totally worst place for experienced people . They will destroy your personal life in night shift. Nothing more to say about this hell....
