Pros
Customer relationships are great. You become such a big part in each others day to day lives.
Cons
there’s no communication. Area management don’t answer their phones, don’t inform you of any offers or issues - although you’ll immediately get a displimary if you’re not promoting or are unaware of said issues. No background checks are done, no aftercare after robberies and I would go as far as to say that area management bully their staff.
