      Pros

      - they pay really well even the juniors - you get to work on interesting projects

      Cons

      - the company is already 20 years on the market, there is quite some legacy code in the codebase BUT if they hire you and you say you don't work on legacy code, they respect it, nevertheless it can still affect your work - the company is currently in the middle of agile transformation and they care a bit too much about the form and due to that are missing the point of agile

      Minimum hiring No possibility to train more junior hires as there none Pay increase is questionable Mulitple directions Ton of micromanagement hidden as "This is not micromanagement" Lot of Cs with same role and questionable future Misisng SBUs, forcing to take "Ownership", without really giving one Screw bonuses, the pay is good, give me reason to stay
