Pros
A lot of promises that you will make £1000 + per week but it never happens unless your blue eyed boy or management.
Cons
Betta Living start off by giving you the VIP treatment during the weeks training course and teach you their sales tactics. They do not pay you a wage or petrol allowance or any expenses to go all over the country to do their sales leads - instead they promise you 15% commission on the work you sell to motivate you. I did 24 appointments in 7 weeks the majority of lovelly people I visited expected to pay less than £2000 for their bedroom only to find the actual cost was £5000 this is the result of the Betta Living misleading advertising. I was expecting £3500 commission but never got paid instead I was given excuse after excuse why I was not getting paid, I was told jobs had cancelled when I knew they had not cancelled after speaking to customers, told installation had not been done when I knew they had been done and so on. I was left me with no money for 4 weeks over Christmas but still expected to go on their appointments on boxing day and throughout Christmas and New Year. The working hours are awful they expect you to wait for an appointment at home and be available from 9am until 7pm to do their appointments especially on weekends and during the week you often you do not get home until 11.30 pm from an evening appointment that is 40 or 50 miles away from home. Betta Living have an arrogant low opinion of their customers and strive to mislead the public just like they mislead the sales designers to do their so called leads at little or no cost to them. They are dishonest and unscrupulous avoid them like the plague.
