I’ve been working at BBB for nearly a decade! What I love most is the culture BBB has created. Everything from the atmosphere, to the staff, and all of the amazing members it truly is an amazing experience working at BBB.

I honestly can’t say any! I love my team, I love the growth and I can promise I’ll be with BBB for life!

There are literally no pros. Maybe a free t-shirt.

Unprofessional. No paperwork. No structure. No training. No communication. No "onboarding process" as mentioned in-person. They'll ask you to come in for a couple of hours to watch someone handle their work load and occasionally talk to you for 10 minutes. Don't waste your time here. Don't believe what you've "agreed" upon during the interview. Make sure you keep a record of everything that was said to you in-person, text and email. I would even go as far saying to make your own contracts. Don't pass up on interviews from other companies because you think this is going to be a real opportunity to work in digital marketing. Owner is unprofessional and has a short fuse. If you ask questions and give input he'll take it personal and give you an attitude for even questioning him. They're all over the place with how they do things. Very impromptu and random. I was let go in less than two weeks because they "over-budgeted" and "got ahead of themselves" when hiring for the role. Don't leave your day job for this mess.
