A- Very political and quick to point fingers B- Zero consistency between locations regarding menu items and product quality C- Training is a disaster across the board, communication is less than poor: rushed and never enough time to execute D- company's growth initiative takes priority over fixing problems in existing locations E- District Management: severely underqualified and lack skills associated with multi-unit management, lack follow-through, honesty and integrity F- Company as a whole does not give managers and employees the correct resources to perform jobs effectively and efficiently G-EXTREME micromanagement and lack of trust in managers
