      - Free pop, coffee, tea - Casual work environment - Free downtown parking

      Cons

      - Position doesn't pay much ($30,000ish) - No formal training process - Most of the time there was not enough work to do and no other tasks to keep me busy. I spent a lot of time just waiting for work to come in
