With the new GoPuff launch and added responsibilities with limited staff, its awful. It’s a constantly changing environment with the higher ups keeping you under a microscope. Every week something changes and very little recognition for the work we put in. Many employees have left because of this and the ones currently employed are just trying to get by. The cap on my position is $18 and it’s not worth it.
