Great team environment with flexibility, but management is outdated - Marketing Bewley's Employee Review

Loved it at first was impressed by the long term employees. Smells great every morning when you go to work. Loved the actual job.

Management is so uncertain, always changing direction. Cannot make a good plan and let it play out. Like a revolving door on employees… good people leave because they don don’t feel there is a future there because of mid-management. This was at one time a good company and has an excellent product but had been driven by Irish Management into the ground.
