      Pros

      Really amazing work culture (I am genuinely happy to go to work everyday) The work is never boring. The work is highly meaningful, and everyone is very committed to it. The upper management is all great - down to earth, competent, smart, friendly. Extremely flexible working schedules.

      Cons

      A lot of work--to much to be done in a 40 hour work week. Salary is not great. Standard benefits are included, but you will pay a lot out of pocket for health/vision/dental Really poor dependent coverage

      progressive workplace, good benefits, opportunities to grow and be a part of something meaningful.

      Cons

      younger company so some departments are not built out.

      Lack of in-person interaction, however it makes sense due to the varying spaces in which student occupy
