Cons
Senior leadership in the Experience Group (TXG) is crippling the organisation: they openly speak ill of ideas and contributions from all across the organisation (including from within their own Group), spend a great deal of time grandstanding around siloed projects that have next-to-no impact measurement, and create an altogether psychologically-unsafe working environment. On multiple occasions, TXG senior leadership has demonstrated that they are incapable of working effectively with anyone they didn't hand-pick for a role, and they will gradually disempower said people and functions over time so as to make costly turnover a necessity.
