Pros
- Production and post-production members are kind, passionate, open, and invested in collaboration
- A young crowd of juniors, intermediate to senior staff that makes socializing easygoing (may share same values or walks of life)
- Can work on some cool projects with major clients
- Benefits package (may be different now)
-(Leadership) I think the want for people to excel and succeed is there, but it is greatly unfocused
Cons
- Had an instance where all staff did not receive full pay on payday with little notice. This happened a few times with more notice, but still had not received full pay on payday.
- Been strung along with the promise of potential career advancement opportunities that led nowhere
- Lack of transparency from leadership
- Lack of communication/support from leadership
- Competitive salaries rarely exist. They pay below the local market salary band for most roles of their employees
- High turnover of both junior and senior team members
