Brilliant social events - Christmas parties, Summer BBQs, Bowling, gifts at Christmas, Easter etc. Forward thinking when it comes to our wider ESG piece and supporting colleagues to achieve this. Frequent visits from the office dog. Overall, a brilliant company delivering a leading product proposition, and with ambition to go places, together.

Reasonably small business, punching well above its weight. Strong alignment in the mission across all areas of the business. Highly empowered team to get on with stuff and build great things. Open approach to work & easy to gain support / feedback on ideas.

We buy too many biscuits. FS sector is a slow moving beast, for any company that wants to do great things quickly, it is a hard customer to take on a journey.
