      Some of the Overstock.com pros would be: Great health benefits Great company attitude towards it's employees Sense of community So much knowledge A level of freedom you never get at other companies Overstock.com is very open to different ideas or perspective and often includes employees opinions or ideas.

      Cons

      Some of the cons I have found working at Overstock.com are: Sometimes the company will pay you less than you are worth comparative to other companies Constant moving of departments around the building

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
