      they are innovative and have a lot of vision

      Cons

      Cash flow issues are through no fault of their own. Middle East partners do not pay timely causing issues for the company

      Coworkers are helpful and friendly

      Cons

      Company does not send our 401K or HSA contributions on time. They take the money out of our paychecks but it is not contributed to our accounts. Often we get a paper check for payroll and it is late, even if we have direct deposit. There are obvious serious cash flow problems.
