Pros
They make 95% of their food from scratch and the other 5% is just things that we all use like nuts, packaged snacks for lunches. Also, there are many people there who work super hard and have become a family in the kitchen and I love that.
Cons
There are sooooooo many sanitation infractions happening daily that are either just ignored or over looked, it made me very uncomfortable to work in the food prep area with prep cooks who picked noses, licked their fingers while putting the food into containers, or the lack of attention paid to the walk-in refrigerator daily but mainly when huge puddles of raw chicken juice were just pooped on the floor with folks walking thru it and then thru the kitchen.
