Will tell you to leave if you stay in pantry during working hours. Not much growth, they treat you like labor to clear off tedious task, won't include you or your opinions in the work you do. Won't even elaborate on the work assigned to you. You have to figure it out and guess what's its for along the way. Felt like a prison here despite working for big company Tencent.
