Pros
Patient, people oriented company that keeps those who work hard with several very professional and seasoned employees who do enjoy and are passionate about their work. Ability to work form home with minimal micromanaging. Also very good- lots of opportunities for growing strong into new areas for the company such as through Cloud Engineering, Visual Image Search, or mobile/web automation testing/Dev.
Cons
Executive management is still not a consecutive clear vision of what services and products they wish to offer. Company does not have a good communication format and is extremely siloed individually. Upper management is not willing to take extreme risk and instead focuses on acquisitions alone to build revenue.
