Minimum wage, pay docked by the minute if running late and no overtime pay, unclear payslips, director/solicitor relationship in the same department which feels inappropriate, no sick pay beyond statutory, same with maternity pay, uphill battle for work from home/flexibility working, MD speaks to employees as though they’re worthless
