his company is run by a family who're highly "unprofessional" who have no manners how to talk with their female employees. Management doesn'tknows the meaning of respect here.
They ruin your skill sets and drain your energy seriously.
HR and HR policy is only for the namesake, even HR donot have any power here he is too treated like a trash.
Nothing to appreciate in this company.
