No support, No Training, No Growth, Only darkness

I worked at Bhavyansh Infotech India Pvt. Ltd. and while my work responsibilities were clear, the exit process was extremely unprofessional. I resigned with proper notice and completed all handovers, yet the company deducted ₹11,150 without prior HR communication. Full and Final Settlement was credited 53 days late, and 2 days’ salary remains unpaid even after multiple follow-ups. HR remained silent during my notice period and only responded after legal action was initiated. Even after deductions, the relieving letter and experience certificate were withheld. This experience caused unnecessary mental stress and financial trouble. If you’re joining, be cautious — policies may exist, but communication and fairness are lacking, especially at the time of exit.

The lack of timely communication, unauthorized salary deductions, and delayed payments reflect poorly on the company’s internal processes and HR conduct. I hope the management takes corrective steps to ensure fairness and transparency for future employees.
