      It has an open door policy where anybody from the organization independent of the hierarchy can walk in with their ideas, problems or solutions. And ideas need not always be brand related. It can be office culture related as well.

      Pros

      Great team. Small start-up with lots of potential good work. Free food. Growing fast. Good industry compensation. Good chill-out culture.

      Cons

      Poor location demands a transport service from company. Office space is shrinking. More focus of developing new features rather than reinforcing the current ones, it could be the requirement for a startup of this size. Excessive amount of work but for people who love to learn fast that could be a pro
