Pros

The only reason i have stayed for these past 2 years would definatly be the people i work with. its an easy job..anyone could do it. The interviewing process at my store wasnt even really what i would consider an interview. You just go in and take a short basic math test and then the manager informed me that i passed and i was hired. No questions whatsoever were asked.

Cons

They inform you when you are hired that you will be eligible for a pay raise every 6 months however, after talking to some of the other employees i learned very quickly that, that was never going to happen..and it didnt..even after 2 and a half years with the company. They barely even train you, so you have no idea what your doing. they might stand next to you and watch you for about 20 mins but then i was all on my own to figure it out. the store that i work at has WAY too many employees than needed, seeing as we are the smallest store in out district, which means that you will get almost no hours. (on average about 8 hrs/week) Everyone that works there is miserable, people dont get rewarded for hard work and the same goes for bad employees...ect. Our manager is a mess half the time and screws up on the schedules. She's hooked up with numerous employees and is just plain unproffesional. maybe its just my store but I would just avoid working here..its easy work but unless you feel like wasting your life away at a place where you will go nowhere then i would avoid it!!
