      Corporate makes it really easy to set up. Really simple, and easy to keep up with operational procedures.

      Cons

      Franchisee support system was lacking, slow burn spiral out of control. Huge debt with vendors.

      Pros

      Got to meet Shaq, my boss District Manager was great, great staff.

      Cons

      Opening week was brutal. Everyone wanted everything resulting in a lot of burn out. Account hold on 6 of the 7 vendors we used. Investors wouldn't pay the bills. My DM did all he could, but it was embarrassing.
