Pros

You get to work with really bright, creative people in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Cons

Long hours and occasional high stress levels expected as a part of agency life. There are a few people who don't fully respect your time or work/life balance.

Pros

The team is by far the best reason for working at Big Fuel. People who are successful at the agency are all self starters who are not afraid to wear multiple hats and help out in every department. Although the parent company is large - Big Fuel still functions like a start up and every person is a critical part of the team. Work is challenging and engaging and the agency strives to build success for every client, no matter how large or small. Raising your hand is definitely noticed, and if you're looking for someplace where you can actually contribute - and not feel like a small fish in a big pond Big Fuel is the place for you.

Cons

The environment is definitely not for everyone. This is NOT an agency where everyone has per-defined roles and does the same task over and over. IF you are someone who needs military like structure and rigid process then this would not be the job for you. As a social media agency Big Fuel is constantly evolving and it can sometimes be difficult to keep up if you are not engaged 100%
