Pros

My time at Big Red Group was nothing short of amazing. I made lifelong friends and tried new adventures like skydiving and hot air ballooning. The team created a positive and supportive, and uplifting work culture that truly sets Big Red Group apart. Furthermore, Big Red Group is a great place to develop and enhance your skills and experience. You will get to work with top thought leaders in the industry who are happy to share their knowledge and experience with you. There are always opportunities to upskill, take on new projects, or collaborate with different teams. Put in the effort, and you'll be rewarded with plenty of opportunities for career growth. If you're looking for an amazing team culture, a chance to make a real positive impact through incredible brands, and a supportive environment that champions excellence, Big Red Group is the place to be.

Cons

Now is a great time to join Big Red Group as the company is growing quickly. However, with growth comes change (e.g. technology, new processes, ways of working etc). It's important to learn quickly and adapt. This growth is an exciting opportunity to define the future of the brands and the role you play in it.

Pros

- Love the hybrid culture. In office days feel meaningful and it's great to have the remote working days from home to avoid burnout from long, arduous commutes. - Strong focus on connection and nice perks that link back to that. Weekly catered lunches and little surprises make it fun. - The work is interesting. Good opportunity to get across different areas of the business and see how you make an impact day to day (caveating this isn't for everyone, but an advantage of working in a smaller sized business) - Good at communication. We hear business updates from the leadership team on a monthly basis, and it's pretty transparent.

Cons

Depends on the team you work in. It can be fast paced and the priorities can shift last minute. If you like that type of work, it's great. Doesn't have the silos or structure of bigger businesses, so if that is a preferred environment then a smaller, faster place like BRG won't fit.
