Ego Driven - Account Manager Bigfish Creative Group Employee Review

I have worked at multiple agencies, big and small, and Bigfish is by far one of the best places. The leadership here cares about your development and really take into account your feedback. The team here is like a family and puts their hearts and souls into the work they do for our partners. I am proud to be part of this family.

So far, no cons that I can think of.

Cool building in a good location. Concept of an agency that does it all is good in theory until you see what's actually going on.

The egos are enormous and promises don't live up to expectations. The vibe is let's hire our buddies just so we can socialize, businesses are oversold and don't know enough to ask the right questions. Like most agencies we were always trying to cover our tracks and it always seems we were not being truthful when showing "results" which come on is just not cool. Team is super small yet promise bigger than we could deliver so were stressed out which really stinks.
