      You learn and grow a lot because the work is quite challenging (physically) but you will get used to it and you will gain skills (people skills, ability to work well under pressure, etc.)

      Cons

      the pay is quite low for the work. I think it's not worth it if you're planning to do it full time.

      Human resource team was responsive to employees inquiries. Also, top management was very kind and considerate to all employees.

      Cons

      Salary considering the workloads and staff but it can be good for fresh graduates for experience.
