Pros
I've been in Biggs before, resigned, then went back. I will be back if the role was right again. The company offers benefits in terms of learning and professional growth. You can be part of management pretty quickly if you put in the hard work.
Cons
They are still a provincial company. The people are mostly content with the improvements they get being in the province but anyone seeking a Manila-type of employment will not thrive. If you want a laidback employment, then this is a good option.
