It is common to be yelled at in a group atmosphere for something that is absolutely outside of your control You are expected to take on additional responsibilities on top of your own for no increases with the assumption that you will be rewarded in the future They value and promote caucasians generally speaking and like to put present them as the faces of the company Very poor leadership with blatant disregard to reasonable behavior and an employee's personal growth
