      These HR people think, this company is garment or Governtment office not a IT company.. Most of employees doing Skilled job working for a Deadline.. HR people keep sending read email about 15 min early depsrture..and all employees had to stop work and provide them justifications.. If we complete work early we should able to leave c9mpany early.. HR never highlight time that we over work.. if They highlight otherside as Garment employee should be provided OT.

      Processes can feel rigid and slow to change, with improvements happening incrementally. The tech stack includes legacy components and some manual workflows, which can limit experimentation; tooling quality varies by team. Workload spikes around releases and support windows, and cross-team communication can be inconsistent, causing last-minute churn. Career paths exist but aren’t always transparent, and training/conference budgets are limited.
