Bill Dodge Auto Group truly is the difference. We haven’t lost sight of the “family owned” aspect. We truly take care of the customers and that has always been my goal. As an employee I feel valued and appreciated. The Dodges care about their employees, especially the ones who’ve been with the group a long time. Many of the benefits offered are excellent including PTO for sales.

There are no cons. It’s a large group with a lot of moving parts.

Within the few years I’ve been with the company I’ve learned a few things. No matter the circumstances aslong as you show up and put in the effort you will always have a helping hand here. Everyone is more than happy to help you learn and grow in whatever department you go into.

There are going to be times where you feel like a lot is expected of you more so then what you would think should be. Again just ask for a bit of help if you don’t fully understand your assignment. They push you to be better at your job every day which can feel like a deterrent to your ability’s as an employee but once you look back at your first day compared to now you’ll realize just how far you’ve come.
