Pros

Major opportunity for growth, especially post Francisco Partners investment. The company treats employees well. PTO and sick time is great, plus we have regular mental health days. Leaders are very transparent, I feel constantly informed. The culture is one of the best parts of working at Bill4Time. At the beginning of the pandemic, we were all equipped immediately to work from home and have not been forced to come back like some companies have done. We now have a permanent remote optional policy.

Pros

Pay was very good for the market and equipment that was provided was very top notch. Training was easy as well.

Cons

Unfortunately, the way they have chosen to manage their employees turned into a turn over issue. When I expressed that I did not feel like my manager was not treating myself and other employees well. I wrote an email and the same day I was brought into a meeting room where they had decided that I should resign because they did not seem to think my complaints were valid. At the time, I was scared and also undiagnosed with ADHD/Autism so I did not fully comprehend until much later what was being done to me. I signed the paperwork not really understand my rights or what I could have done. This company did not want to take accountability or have an issue with mental abuse of their employees. Then earlier this year it was mentioned that the same type of stressful and manipulative tactics were used on other employees too.
