      Pros

      Colleagues are experts in their field, projects are maybe not the most exciting or revolutionary but quite steady work.

      Cons

      Salary is lacking - company seems to think that having free fruit and nuts and coffee and a good workplace health plan is somehow stand-out in the IT consulting world and that the perks compensate the low pay. As if all IT companies don't offer the exact same perks but for 1000€/month more.

      Pros

      Company is focused on a result, but does not forget to follow latest processes whenever possible. High level of trust between Employer, Employee and Clients extends limits of just cozy environment to something more. You will not be forget and your voice/ideas will be respected and shared. Endless improvement and new markets, not only SAP, but also Big Data with AI/ML and other interesting areas.

      Cons

      As in any other company it may not be an easy task to improve your skills when you're at Senior level position.
