      Pros

      Some very nice people work here.

      Cons

      Too few people wearing too many hats. A mentality that says the Bimax way is the ONLY way, even when that is wrong. Very stressful place - if you did not have high blood pressure when you start, you will within a year. The only solution to any problem here is micromanagement.

      Pros

      A successful fast paced company in a constant state of expansion. Ships globally raw materials for the contact lens industry. Very employee oriented and becoming know as "the" place to work in York county, PA. Offers in house promotions to new positions whenever possible.

      Cons

      Too few employees wearing way too many hats. People forced to constantly meet impossible deadlines.
