Bio-Rad Laboratories Response

It sounds like you had a challenging experience during your time at Bio-Rad. Since you've already moved on, it will be difficult for us to gather more information about the incidents you describe, but suffice to say that these go against our values and culture that we have built. We wish you good luck in the next phase of your career.
Lower level groups were great to work with. The job itself was routine enough that it was easy to learn. Its a great entry job as you have to pick up many skills in a short period of time.
Cons
Management has no idea what it takes to do the tasks they ask of us with little time. Everything is on rush and half the equipment is outdated and constantly failing. New equipment takes forever to validate, if it ever does. You're constantly asked to help other understaffed groups, even if yours is also understaffed. Communication does not go far with upper management as most of them are also overloaded with work and don't actually understand what is needed for jobs to be done.
