Pros

Can achieve a great work/life balance if on the right team. Weekend stipends are nice. Social events (until the pandemic) were fun. On certain teams, work load isn't super intense and lab work can actually be fun. Christmas gifts and random gifts for employees are great.

Cons

Salaries are below market value and not keeping up with the current cost of living in the area. There are Analysts/Scientists who are regularly struggling to make ends meet but are the ones generating the revenue. Work life balance is becoming impossible to maintain with the increased emphasis on revenue over mental and physical health. Your entire work experience depends on the manager you are assigned to. There are some mechanisms to change teams *but* those teams have to be accepting new people. It is unfortunately the luck of the draw. Many in the facility feel undervalued and stressed to their limit. Some are discussing leaving the company due to the issues regarding salary, shifting goalposts in regards to promotions, and a lack of support to the employees.

Pros

BioAgilytix offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive, collaborative culture. Management is approachable, genuinely cares about employees, and creates a positive work environment. The Boston leadership team is exceptional—they are supportive, communicative, and foster teamwork across departments. Everyone is willing to help one another, making it a great place to work and grow professionally.

Cons

The Boston site would benefit from having more on-site HR support to better address employee needs.
