BioAgilytix Labs, LLC (BAL) is a successful, competent, contract research organization (CRO) with a specific focus on large molecule bioanalysis. It's competitive, successful, and has the staff, expertise, and equipment needed to advance client contracted projects at the scientific and technical level.
Cons
For members of operations (Ops), the hustle of work at a CRO can turn into a quite a grind. Too many projects for too many clients on too tight of timelines stretches staff, equipment, and attention thin. The same cost-cutting and efficiency measures that keep BAL lean and efficient also promote overloading of employees. To be fair, this is true for most CROs.
