Since this is a relatively small start up, some of us wear a lot of hats so it can be a challenge to juggle all the tasks. This will obviously lesson as the company grows and more employees come on board. I personally like this environment and love working on this team. We are very customer focused, and doing business globally, which can occasionally require flexing your schedule to adapt to the demands. Not a lot of cons to report. This company is very well run and dedicated to a successful outcome.
