Pros

Great colleagues and flexible working available.

Cons

CEO thinks he knows science but he does not and tries to cut corners to the detriment of quality. Leadership is incapable of taking responsibility for their mistakes and always look to place blame on someone else. Upper management talks a big talk about projects they want to launch but never deliver. Staff is treated like crap and yelled at, and have to walk on eggshells around the CEO because he might throw a fit.

Pros

The management and colleagues are really helpful. HR is always active and the work culture was good. Provides many options for personal growth.

Cons

Could provide more remote working options as many other companies are doing the same. Can offer a bit more of the salary as I feel like the current level is a bit under the standard.

Pros

Other members of staff were good. Atmosphere used to be good. Free coffee machine.

Cons

The pay and benefits are subpar compared with the sister company BioSpyder. It's written off as 'tax' reasons for a UK company but this is rubbish. The leadership is toxic, many many times people go into meetings anxious of how the CEO is going to behave. He belittles other members of staff, he cannot see how he could be wrong and if you dare disagree with him then you're branded as trouble. Other members of management enable and will not stand up to him, instead choosing to ignore his behaviour or play it down. As stated by others in reviews people have to walk on egg shells in case they annoy him. Staff turnover is atrocious and the company is now seen more as a stepping stone rather than a serious proposition to build a career. No pathway for promotion other than stepping into roles that get tossed your way as a result of the pivoting of the direction of the company with little or no support.
