If you are located on the East or West coast it will effect your experience because of who you will be reporting to/your immediate team. Likely, you will be micromanaged, talked about behind your back and not receive support at BMR. There are also mandatory trainings that almost feel daily that are a lot to keep up with, while doing your normal job functions and deliverables. There is limited support. BioMed does not operate like a normal Property Management company and it has a lot to do with the people they have in charge. The Cambridge Office is very troubling and should be looked into further aLoT.... (those who know, know)
